About project
Project SCHEDULE consists of three parts: 24HOURS competition in Lodz (Poland), STUDY VISIT to Lillehammer (Norway) and RESEARCH on competitions as a method of teaching in tourism higher education.
The practical goal of the project is to implement the Norwegian educational competition 24HOURS in Poland. The main idea of the Polish edition of 24HOURS is to solve the particular problem of the tourism economy in the city of Lodz. During the STUDY VISIT students will develop the solution rewarded in 24HOURS competition The RESEARCH goal of the project is the evaluation of competitions as a method of teaching in tourism higher education.
Project is implemented by the Institute of Urban Geography and Tourism Studies at University of Lodz (Poland). Project is supported by a grant from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA Grants and Norway Grants an co-financed by the Polish funds.
